40th Annual Shenandoah Valley Century

We can't wait to see you at Oakdale Park in Downtown Bridgewater, VA 

What you need to know for the Sunday

• Registration & Check-in opens at 7am
• 8am 100 mile ride begins but you CAN begin later if you prefer
• 9am 25 & 50 mile rides begin
• Loops are color coded this year and will have corresponding paint colors on the road
• After each loop you will have access to food, Gatorade, and water at our Oakdale rest stop.
• The 25 mile loop has a rest stop halfway into the route!
• Our event is rain or shine and the forecast is only improving!
• A complimentary post-ride lunch will be provided for every registered rider, with a variety of sandwiches from Lola’s Delicatessen in Downtown Harrisonburg.
• You Must Have an electronic Waiver signed and on file with us. Don't think you filled one out with your registration form? Please Sign the Waiver Online TODAY!
• Please obey all rules of the road, you will be riding on open roads with vehicular traffic and we will have the Sheriff department patrolling the route to ensure people driving cars and people on bikes are both safe and respectful.
• Consider ensuring the route is on your bicycle computer as a backup measure to add to our road markings and cue sheets.

The 40th annual Shenandoah Valley Century will be held on Sunday, September 11, 2022, at Oakdale Park in Bridgewater, Virginia. As always, you should plan on great people, beautiful rides, lovely weather, and good food!

Join us for the oldest bicycle event in the Shenandoah Valley! The Century serves as a fundraiser for the Shenandoah Valley Bicycle Coalition and supports our work to build better communities in the Valley. 

Here is some information to help you get registered:

Risk and Release Waiver

The Registration form points you to an external Risk and Release Waiver that you MUST complete as part of your registration. You can complete the waiver now to jumpstart your registration. 

Families:

We no longer have "Family registrations." Instead, we are asking each rider over the age of 16 to complete a separate Individual registration.

Family members under the age of 16 living at the same address may be added to your Individual registration for no extra charge. Add each of them as a "Guest."

SVBC members:

You will be shown the SVBC member rate after you click the “Register” button and enter your email address. Be sure to use the same email address as you do for your membership! *If you have membership issues/questions please contact us: Hello@SVBCoalition.org
